There is no one person in charge. Rather there is a loosely organized group that helps direct all the Mission MAPPness. We are always in need of support and help from anyone with some ideas and some energy. The best way to get involved is to attend one of the MAPP organizing meeting/gatherings. MAPP Programs are available only on the day of the event. The MAPP, which happens every two months and involves over 100 artists, has absolutely no paid staff (including no graphic designer to produce a MAPP program). We are lucky enough to have a program each time. We invite you to show up with a spirit of adventure, you're bound to find your way. You can always stop by the Red Poppy Art House to get a copy of the program.
The MAPP is always looking for new artists, organizers, educators, and volunteers. The MAPP is a training ground for street-level curators seeking a place to experiment with new ideas or develop skills and experience.
